Definition and concepts

The disasters are man-made, natural and biological-social. The disaster are divided by types in: object, local, territorial, national and trans-border (GD 1076/16.11.2010).

<p>B1=(B2+B3+B4+B5+B6)/total population*100.000. </p> <p> where: the persons affected by disasters (B1) will include: </p> <p> (B2) Number of INJURED persons or sick persons because of some disasters - AVAILABLE; </p> <p> (B3) Number of persons who were evicted / saved / transferred after/because of disaster - AVAILABLE; </p> <p> (B4) Number of persons whose houses / dwellings were damaged because of disaster - IT IS PLANNED TO COLLECT DATA </p> <p> (B5) Number of persons whose houses / dwellings were destroyed because of disasters - IT IS PLANNED; ADDITIONALLY TO COLLECT the Number of persons who vital activity conditions were impacted. </p> <p> B4=(B4.1) number of damaged houses *(total population/total no. of households) - AVAILABLE, B5=(B5.1) number of destroyed houses *(total population/total no. of households) - AVAILABLE.</p>
