Discrimination – any difference, exclusion, restriction or preference in rights or freedoms of a person or a group of persons, as well as supporting a discriminatory behaviour based on real criteria, stipulated on the present law or based on alleged criteria; Harassment – any unwished behaviour which leads to creating an intimidating, hostile, degrading, humiliating or offending environment, having as a purpose or effect injured dignity of a person based on the criteria stipulated in the Law on Ensuring Equality No. 121 dated 25.05.2012. |
