For calculating the indicator:

1. Proportion of expenditures for maintaining the dwelling out of the household disposable income = Monthly expenditures for maintaining the dwelling / Household monthly disposable income * 100;

2. Proportion of population with household expenditures for maintaining the dwelling over 30% = Number of population with household expenditures for maintaining the dwelling higher than 30% / Total number of population * 100.
