Other methodological considerations

At the end of the year 2023, the National Program for Adaptation to Climate Change until the year 2030 and the Action Plan for its implementation (Government Decision no. 624/2023) were approved, as well as the Low Emission Development Program of the Republic of Moldova until the year 2030 (no. 659/202), which are to be implemented.
Method of computation

The level of implementation of the national strategic framework on climate change will be calculated as ratio between the number of implemented actions and the total number of actions planned in the existing strategic framework.
