Definition and concepts
The data for this indicator are collected within periodical or ad-hoc surveys. The measuring of population satisfaction with legal services may be carried out via two sub-indicators: 1) Share of respondents who stated in the survey that they have settled their legal problems “Yes, to a certain extent” or ”Yes, completely” and 2) Share of respondents who have stated that they are „satisfied” and „very satisfied” with provided legal services.
