3. Promoting the involvement of the private sector and contributing to development: Quality of public-private dialogue (YES)

4. Registration of development cooperation in the National Public Budget (NPB)subject to parliamentary supervision: The share of development cooperation funds planned for the country's public sector that have been registered in the annual NPB subject to legislative approval. (There are no exact data, but development cooperation funds are registered in BPN)

5. Strengthening mutual accountability: Mutual accountability among development actors is strengthened through inclusive reviews. (YES)

6. Strengthening gender equality and women's empowerment: Existence of transparent government systems for tracking public allocations for gender equality and women's empowerment (Partially - in 2022 in the Public Finance Management Strategy, the respective priority is provided)

7. Strengthening internal institutions: the quality of the country's budgetary and financial management (DA).
