Managerial positions are considered = major group 1 according to the Classification of Occupations For higher and medium managerial positions, the sub-groups 11, 12, 13 (or major group 1 without 14) will be taken into consideration. The indicator reflects women's capacities to accede decision-making positions, as well as the level of women's empowering to participate in decision making . |
