Definition and concepts |
The dwelling is considered to be with toilet, if it has an installation envisaged with water reservoir and discharge canal into the public sewerage system or in own discharge well. It is considered to be a bathroom - the premises situated within or outside the dwelling, meant for ensuring body hygiene, having specific installations for this purpose: bathtub or shower, or only shower and a wash basin. The premises that has only a wash basin and it is mainly used for other purposes (bedroom, kitchen) is not considered to be a bathroom. As well the premises in which a bathtub (shower) is installed, but there is no sewerage system, or the summer shower and sauna are not considered to be a bathroom. |
