Definition and concepts
<p>The dwelling is considered to be with toilet, if it has an installation envisaged with water reservoir and discharge canal into the public sewerage system or in own discharge well. </p> <p> It is considered to be a bathroom - the premises situated within or outside the dwelling, meant for ensuring body hygiene, having specific installations for this purpose: bathtub or shower, or only shower and a wash basin. The premises that has only a wash basin and it is mainly used for other purposes (bedroom, kitchen) is not considered to be a bathroom. As well the premises in which a bathtub (shower) is installed, but there is no sewerage system, or the summer shower and sauna are not considered to be a bathroom.</p>
